Agreement to Terms
Welcome to CanopyPro Four Corners Tree Service. By hiring us or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and we'll post any changes here.
Services We Provide
We offer professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health assessments, arborist consulting, and shrub trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and safety protocols.
Our estimates are based on the information you provide and our initial assessment. Final costs may vary if we discover additional work is needed once we start the job. We'll always let you know before doing any extra work.
Your Responsibilities
When you hire us, you agree to provide accurate information about your property and any trees that need service. You're responsible for making sure we have clear access to the work area and that any pets are secured during our visit. If your property has underground utilities, you need to have them marked before we start work.
You also need to make sure you have the right to authorize tree work on your property. If you're a renter, you may need permission from your landlord. Some areas require permits for tree removal, and you're responsible for obtaining those permits unless we specifically agree to handle it for you.
Payment Terms
We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. For most jobs, payment is due when the work is completed. For larger projects, we may require a deposit upfront and final payment upon completion. We'll discuss payment terms when we give you an estimate.
If you cancel a scheduled service, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling costs.
Liability and Insurance
We carry full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We take every precaution to protect your property during our work, but tree care involves some inherent risks. We're not responsible for damage to underground utilities that weren't properly marked, damage to pre-existing conditions we weren't told about, or normal wear and tear to lawns from equipment.
You agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from conditions on your property that you didn't disclose to us or from work that you specifically requested us to perform in a certain way against our professional advice.
Weather and Delays
Tree work can be dangerous in bad weather. We may need to reschedule your service if conditions aren't safe. We'll do our best to reschedule as quickly as possible, but we can't guarantee specific completion dates when weather is a factor. Your safety and ours always comes first.
Dispute Resolution
If you're not happy with our work, please talk to us right away. We want to make things right. Most issues can be resolved with a simple conversation. If we can't resolve a problem directly, we agree to try mediation before pursuing legal action.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Lake County, Florida.
